Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all orders above ₹2,000.
A flat shipping fee of ₹150 applies to orders below ₹2,000.
We currently accept prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.

At present, SOMNIAA ships only within India.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, please provide:
- Your order number.
- Clear photographs of the damaged item.
- A continuous unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened and the product inside.
This video is required to verify shipping damage. Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
